My husband had just been released from the hospital that afternoon and the temperature in our home was almost 100 degrees. Realizing the air was not working we made the call to you and within half an hour you were here. After conducting your inspection you very honestly and without any pressure to purchase from you, explained in detail the condition of our unit, even tried to remedy the problem by pouring freon into the unit but when that fix didn’t work, determined we did indeed need a new unit. Even at that point there still was no pressure from you. You patiently detailed exactly what your units would provide, cleaner air, less on our monthly FP&L bills.” “You explained the various options you had to offer, all of which were excellent and then we made the decision to go ahead and have a new unit installed. That too was handled without incidence with two very professional young men. The installation went smoothly and within six hours we were experiencing “beautiful fresh air”, were the proud owners of a great clean unit in our garage, which replaced the very rusted, dirty and obviously inefficient one. The unit outside also was replaced with a compatible unit to the inside one as that was one of the things you had explained to us that evening. So needless to say we are very pleased with our overall experience with Eco Air and will and have already done so, highly recommend your company to neighbors and friends.
